Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Prior experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate well with educators, parents, and allied service providers

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech, language, or communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, administration, and families to support students’ IEP goals
  • Document progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school guidelines
  • Offer direct therapy services individually and in small groups
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
