What You May Be Assigned To Do (When Opportunities Open)

• Provide armed and unarmed security services for client sites
• Conduct patrols and maintain a visible professional presence
• Monitor surveillance systems and site activity
• Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents
• Complete clear and accurate incident reports
• Deliver strong customer service while representing ARDENT Protection

What We’re Looking For

• Current armed or unarmed security license (required)
• Previous security experience (1 year preferred)
• Strong de-escalation skills
• Excellent report writing skills
• Ability to conduct extensive foot patrols

Compensation and Benefits (For Future Assignments)

• Compensation: $18–$21 per hour, depending on assignment
