MEP Assistant Manager

Position Overview
The MEP Assistant Manager will support the project management team in overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in construction and maintenance projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with all government and federal regulations while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of MEP projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving MEP-related issues that arise during construction and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in MEP project management or a similar role in the construction industry.
  • Ability to attain secret clearance
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Familiarity with government and federal regulations related to construction and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
