Connolly Krause is well-established civil litigation and defense firm from Chicago, Illinois, that is expanding and opening an office in Albuquerque. We are a complex litigation firm concentrating in the defense of medical professionals and businesses in the areas of medical malpractice, dental malpractice, personal injury, construction defect, trucking collisions, wrongful death, products liability, and premises liability. Our attorneys have obtained several noteworthy and groundbreaking defense verdicts.
We are currently seeking an attorney with at least 1 year of experience, but preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation. Licensure in New Mexico is required, and experience in the Federal District Courts is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate must be able to independently handle files in litigation from inception to resolution, and have experience answering complaints and pleadings, attending court appearances, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and trial work. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, have a desire for autonomy and significant client/matter responsibility while having demonstrated experience in civil litigation.
