The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in personal injury law, handling cases ranging from low to mid-level complexity. This role requires a proactive individual ready to manage a caseload effectively while demonstrating exceptional legal skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of 30-40 personal injury cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Conduct depositions and gather critical evidence to support case outcomes.
• Draft high-quality legal documents, including motions and briefs, with precision and clarity.
• Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing strategies, and collaborating with legal teams.
• Provide consistent and detail-oriented representation for clients in legal proceedings.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and organization in all aspects of case management.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting personal injury cases.
• Uphold ethical standards and demonstrate a strong focus on detail in all interactions.
• Contribute to the development of legal strategies and provide sound advice to clients.• A minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Proven expertise in trial preparation and litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to take and manage depositions effectively.
• Exceptional legal writing skills, particularly in drafting motions and briefs.
• Efficiency and ability to work diligently on lower-level cases.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Licensed attorney with civil litigation experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Corpus Christi, Texas, if not already based in the area.
