Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Community Care Program (ICWP)

Community Care Services Program (CCSP)

SOURCE (Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment)

Already has valuable connections within our service areas

Understands the ins and outs of how these programs serve our community
Takes Initiative ?

Is self-motivated and doesn't need someone looking over their shoulder

Can work independently while staying connected to our supportive team

Takes pride in going above and beyond for clients and colleagues
Is Ready to Hit the Road ?

Has reliable transportation and enjoys traveling throughout Georgia

Is comfortable with 100% travel as you build relationships across our service areas
