Front Desk Receptionist


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST (30‐minute lunch). Start/end times can be slightly flexible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage front-desk operations, including handling mail, packages, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with setup and cleanup for meetings or events.
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing documents, updating records, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist with travel and expense reporting systems (e.g., Concur) when needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.


Education and Work Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Concur is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
