Senior Health Coach

Job Summary

As a Senior Health Coach at the company, you will virtually guide and support clients through personalized wellness protocols within the company Health System. You will play a pivotal role in building and shaping the department by assisting with hiring, training new staff, and helping the executive team develop training programs. You will receive extensive training and obtain in-house certification to effectively implement our proprietary methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Individually coach and motivate clients, guiding them through the company's personalized wellness protocols.
  • Perform initial consultations to review genomics information.
  • Offer and perform sessions for longevity and wellness insights.
  • Explain nutraceuticals based on individual data.
  • Maintain detailed records of client progress, biomarker results, goals, and wellness plans using the company's proprietary online platform, evaluating progress and adjusting program strategies as needed.
  • Follow all HIPAA protocols as required to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.
  • Attend required in-person marketing events and meetings.
  • Engage in mandatory professional development activities, including designated reading assignments and course participation to deepen expertise in the company's methodologies.
  • Collaborate both virtually and in person with the company team to enhance coaching effectiveness and client success.
  • Work with the Vice President to help structure the department for optimal client service.
  • Learn the fundamentals of functional genomics and epigenetics.
  • Work with the Vice President to enhance the company’s tech delivery methods.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new health coaches to build a high-performing team.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new staff to ensure consistency and quality in client service.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to design and format training materials and workshops.

Requirements

  • Commitment to completing the company's comprehensive internal training and certification programs.
  • Must obtain a functional genomics certification and other genetic and longevity certifications as required.
  • Exceptional motivational skills with the ability to inspire clients effectively.
  • Strong communication abilities, proficient in virtual consultations and digital client management systems.
  • Availability for periodic participation in in-person marketing events and team meetings.
  • Experience following structured protocols tailored to individual client biomarker data.
  • Knowledge and experience in supplements, personalized nutritional recommendations, and health testing interpretation.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team building, hiring, or training.

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Proven success in coaching clients toward meaningful and lasting health transformations.
  • Familiarity with personalized health testing, biomarker interpretation, and tailored nutritional intervention planning.
  • Background or demonstrated interest in longevity science and anti-aging research.
  • Functional genomics certification and understanding of epigenetics.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating training programs or workshops.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $25-$30/hour based on experience and certifications, plus commissions and quarterly bonuses.
