Summary
eCIRTS by Assisting the eCIRTS/LAN in all activities related to LAN and eCIRTS by
performing the duties below.

I. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties
may be assigned.
A. Provides input and assistance for all functions related to the operation of the
Local Area Network (LAN), which may include the following:
- Works closely with eCIRTS/LAN Administrator
- Assists with formulation and implementation of all policies, guidelines, and
procedures aimed at improving the operation of the network.
- Input data and make changes to existing data in eCIRTS.
- Review data for accuracy and deficiencies or errors, correct any
incompatibility if possible and check output.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Apply data program techniques and procedures.
- Assists and supports contracted providers.
- Assists with provider and staff training related to eCIRTS.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- All other duties as assigned.
B. Assist as a backup liaison with the Department of Elder Affairs MIS
Department in order to provide the Area Agency on Aging/Aging and Disability
Resource Center and providers with timely information on all DOEA issues
and directives impacting eCIRTS and other computer related issues.
C. Complies with all background screening regulations from Florida Statutes, the
Department and the Agency for Health Care Administration.
D. Provides oversight and technical assistance to all eCIRTS users.
- Assist with assigning user id and passwords for all users, then, depending
on job title, assigns access to eCIRTS. Send user id to DOEA for Portal
password, if needed.
- Responsible for overall quality assurance of data reported in eCIRTS.
- Develops reports for the agency and contracted service providers this
including quality assurance reports and special requests from providers.
- Assist with maintenance and utilization of eCIRTS data.
- Assist with the eCIRTS LAN Administrator on receiving and verifying all
eCIRTS changes.
- Assists Providers with access to eCIRTS.
- Assist with eCIRTS LAN Administrator on training providers and staff on
eCIRTS assessments and services.
- Assist in entering all budgets into eCIRTS and runs the CIE reports for
DOEA, as needed.
F. Provides technical assistance or computer assistance to staff and other
network users. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides SharePoint access for staff.
- Develops and researches different technical areas which may have an
impact on the agency.
- Develop reports for the agency for use, and train staff in using reports.
- All other duties as assigned.
G. Assist Helpline Supervisor with the development and management of eCIRTS
Resource Database.
- Work closely with Helpline Supervisor to manage resources in eCIRTS for
the ADRC.
- Attend meetings and training to collaborate with Wellsky, DOEA, and other
AAA’s to create policies and procedures.
- Assist Helpline Supervisor with the hiring of Full Time Resource Database
Specialist.
- Assist with training of Resource Database Specialist.
- Assist with developing SOP’s for the Resource Database Specialist daily
job duties.
- Assist with overseeing and reviewing the Database to ensure Database
entries are in line with the Database Style Guide, I&R Standards and
contracts.

- Maintain open communication with the Executive Leadership Team,
providing support and guidance as needed.

- Provides enablement (onboarding, quick guides), collects feedback, and
supports role-based access; closes the loop on reported issues with clear
directions
C. External Partners & Providers:
- Manages tickets, release notes, defect triage, and roadmap feedback;
validates new features in test before prod.
D. Donors and Funders:
- N/A

V. Qualifications

VI. Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; or technical institute
and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience substituted on a year-for-year basis for the
educational requirement.
VII. Language Skills
A. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals,
professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
B. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
C. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from
groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
