Founded in 2011 by a group of friends, we've blossomed into a thriving chain with over 40 locations across the Southwestern United States.About the Role:In this role, the Team Member will focus on the overall customer experience by providing extraordinary customer service, preparing efficient, consistent, and quality beverages, and providing a clean and well-maintained store environment.This position starts with 10-15 hours/week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance.Salary Range: $12.50 per hour (Non-Exempt)Location: Spring Mountain, Las Vegas, Nevada (Onsite)Job Responsibilities:In the Team Member role, you will have an opportunity to serve our team by:Interacting with our customers effectively and empathetically to grasp their needs through clear communication.Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions.Consistently prepare high-quality products based company's recipes and each customer's needsAdapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skillsAdhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shiftCommunicating effectively and proactively with management and team membersPerforming all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisorRequirements and Qualifications:Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needsWell-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitudeProficiency in basic math skillsFlexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shiftCapacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when neededMust be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctualityCapability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management.Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goalsWhat We Offer:Flexible scheduleTeam Member discountsStrong company cultureLeadership development opportunitiesFun and collaborative working environmentWhether this is your first job or you are taking the next step in your career, 7 Leaves is the place to be!
