The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Completing PPSM documentation and connectivity tests per an established schedule
Creating, tracking, and troubleshooting network and firewall change requests
Coordinating and facilitating engineering connectivity events between multiple technical stakeholders
Tracking, documenting and running to closure firewall tickets
Documenting processes, procedures, and troubleshooting event logsBenefits
