NOW HIRING: Production Operator – 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 p.m.–midnight
Pay: $22.70 per hour, including shift differential
A-Line Staffing is hiring a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. You’ll operate equipment, inspect and package products, move materials, and help maintain a clean, safe, and productive workspace.
Job Duties:
- Operate production equipment and monitor machines for problems.
- Respond to and reset equipment alarms according to procedures.
- Visually inspect products, perform required tests, and complete final quality checks.
- Package products and accurately record inspection results.
- Move raw materials and finished goods to designated areas.
- Stock supplies needed for daily production.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
- Complete assigned equipment upkeep according to the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Follow cleanroom procedures and all company safety and quality standards.
- Communicate with teammates and help identify opportunities to improve production.
- Complete additional production tasks assigned by your supervisor or team lead.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes required.
