Position: Warranty Administrator – Temporary
Location: Jurupa Valley

Reports To: Service Manager
Classification: Non-Exempt | Temporary (Approx. 1 Month, Potential Temp-to-Hire)
Shift: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $23 – $30 per hour (DOE)
Interview: Quality Supervisor & Service Manager (30 minutes)
1. Job Summary
We are seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our growing Service team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and experienced with Excel data entry, service order creation, and customer communication. The Warranty Administrator will handle warranty claim processing, maintain compliance records, and support service operations by ensuring accurate and timely data management.
Candidates with automotive or service advisor experience are highly preferred, as this background helps streamline training and understanding of warranty processes.
2. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Warranty & Service Administration
• Process warranty claims and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
• Create and manage service order tickets and work orders in Excel, ERP, and Salesforce.
• Assist with expense reports for Service Technicians.
• Organize and maintain quarterly compliance reporting for NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) — preferred experience.
• Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and easily accessible for audits or reporting.
Customer Service & Communication
• Answer and document customer service calls related to warranty or service requests.
• Gather and verify key details such as VINs and technical issue descriptions.
• Provide professional, timely, and accurate communication to both internal teams and customers.
3. Qualifications & Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, spreadsheets, formulas) – required.
• Experience in customer service or administrative support in a technical/service setting – required.
• Automotive or dealership service/warranty experience – highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
