Job Details
We are seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead and oversee our healthcare construction portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic project leadership across hospitals, research labs, medical office buildings, long-term care facilities, and other specialized healthcare environments. You will serve as the owner’s primary advocate, championing operational excellence and delivering projects that meet both clinical and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the senior leader for healthcare projects, guiding strategy, planning, and execution.
Oversee budgets, schedules, design coordination, and risk management.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and specialized MEP and infection-control standards.
Build strong partnerships with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams.
Drive quality, safety, and operational excellence across all phases of work.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of construction experience, with significant experience in healthcare projects.
Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar projects from conception through turnover.
Deep knowledge of healthcare-specific processes, regulatory requirements, and clinical workflows.
Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Strong leadership, communication, and client-relationship skills.
Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical business practices.
