We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Independent Contractor to provide technical support and IT services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SEO, Web Flow, WordPress, GHL, website content management, software troubleshooting, and Google/Facebook Ads optimization. This role involves working with various operating systems and IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient performance, continuity across all platforms and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all IT platforms in a timely manner.
• Manage computer networks including DRB and GHL integration, VPN setup, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP connectivity.
• Utilize tools to optimize SEO and Google and Facebook Ad visibility
• Conduct weekly analysis of IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
• Deliver excellent customer service to us by effectively communicating and being available when needed to ensure our IT needs are met in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of IT and how to optimize customer traffic to our business.
• Familiarity with Web Flow, WordPress and GoHighLevel platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO.
• Experience with DRB and Patheon is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with us.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently and within the deadlines required.
• Strong analytical skills to assess problems quickly and propose effective solutions.
