Our local government client is hiring a Help Desk Specialist to support their team in Washington, DC!!
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all enterprise-wide security policies related to security and integrity of company owned resources.
- Provide assistance with installation, operation, and maintenance of company-owned desktop software, including operating systems (both Windows and Apple), off-the-shelf products (e.g. Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, Outlook) and endpoint management tools.
Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience supporting mainframe systems along with Windows 11 and Mac OSX 10.10.X operating systems.
