We are seeking a Facility Administrator to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all planned activities and Be part of different teams at times to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate various events.
- Help develop and educate members on organization’s programming
- Investigate and resolve member issues before handing difficult issues to the Council or pertinent director
- Ensure all facility plant issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Recruit and train volunteers
- Help Enforce property and church rules and regulations
- Scheduled Mon.-Thursday 10-3 and Sun. 8:30 till noon (Some flexibility available)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative environment and working in a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 software, on-line Apps, email and on-line marketing creation Tools (I.e. Canva)
- Ability to build rapport with membership and visitors
- Ability to multitask and prioritize with multiple supervisors and members needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
