Position Overview:
The Real Estate Services Coordinator will be the face of the building and provide day-to-day support to property management operations across three buildings. This includes tenant service coordination, vendor interaction, operational and administrative tasks, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for onsite visitors and tenants
- Answer the building doorbell and respond to tenant requests professionally
- Manage and code invoices; assist with operational property management tasks
- Coordinate with vendors, issue and manage key fobs, and support access needs
- Handle broker and visitor interactions
- Provide concierge-style customer service and represent the property management team
- Support property managers across three buildings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong customer service orientation; must be comfortable engaging with tenants and visitors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance (business casual dress)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
- Basic financial acumen
