Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including administrative support, scheduling, and correspondence
- Manage dealership records, reports, and compliance documentation accurately and timely
- Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to streamline workflow and enhance customer satisfaction
- Supervise and support office staff, providing training and performance feedback
- Maintain and update dealership databases and inventory records
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve office-related issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, preferably within the automotive dealership industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with office software and dealership management systems
- CDK user experience a must
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
