We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Family Entertainment Manager will lead the FEC operations and work closely with other departments in hiring, training, management, and staff scheduling. The Manager will work closely with the individual leaders of each program as well as other internal departments to successfully deliver an exceptional food & beverage and FEC experience for all our guests.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Manage the daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food for the organization's multiple concession's locations and special events to ensure a quality, consistent product is produced Manage ongoing facility schedules Hire, train, manage, and motivate staffDevelop programming to target various markets ranging from corporate, group, adult/youth/family, and special interest groupsDevelop and manage program budgets and sales initiativesGenerate sales through networking, building relationships, and creating strategic alliances Generate daily and monthly financial reports and inventory reportsEffectively manage weekly food budget and labor costs for proficient quality controlEvaluate health and safety practices and record information about inventory and health practicesEffectively manage and inspect all cooler, freezer and dry storage areas and coordinate repairs as neededCreate new menu and marketing ideas that reflect demand/trendsImplement menu strategies that reflect event demographics and seasonWork with third-party partners to maximize revenue and attract eventsOversees daily operations and promoting the activities within FECPrimary contact for all events and executor of bookings/contracts for the FECFEC development and sales in-house and co-partnershipsComplete other tasks and daily assignments as assigned by ManagementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must have proven track record of developing, marketing, and selling recreation and training programsMust have excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and negotiating skillsMust be a team playerMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidaysMust possess current CPR/FIRST AID certifications or must be willing to obtain them within a specified period of timeAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast paced environmentWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bendWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noise
