Job Description

Title: Project Administrator

Type: Contract-to-hire

Schedule: M-F: 7am-4pm

Location: San Diego, CA (92123) - ONSITE

Pay: $20-25/hour


Industry: Civil & Environmental Engineering


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or assistant duties
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Must be able to work onsite 5x/week


Responsibilities:

  • Work with various teams on scheduling meetings and managing correspondence for smooth operations
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easiest storage and retrieval
  • Assist and track invoicing, expenses, and budget preparation
  • Work with suppliers on invoicing, inventory management and delivery standards
  • Support preparation of reports to maintain compliance with company and industry standards
