Title: Project Administrator
Type: Contract-to-hire
Schedule: M-F: 7am-4pm
Location: San Diego, CA (92123) - ONSITE
Pay: $20-25/hour
Industry: Civil & Environmental Engineering
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or assistant duties
- Proficient in Excel
- Must be able to work onsite 5x/week
Responsibilities:
- Work with various teams on scheduling meetings and managing correspondence for smooth operations
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easiest storage and retrieval
- Assist and track invoicing, expenses, and budget preparation
- Work with suppliers on invoicing, inventory management and delivery standards
- Support preparation of reports to maintain compliance with company and industry standards
