SUMMARY
The Players Club Representative works with our guests explaining and promoting the casino player’s club program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promotes excitement and fun through sharing knowledge of brochures, player rewards, point redemption, upcoming events, and marketing promotions.
- Creates relationships with guests that lead to repeat business.
- Evaluates guests’ information to determine if qualifying criteria have been met for various casino promotions.
- Inputs data from guests’ application into player tracking system.
- Assists with the implementation of on-site promotions and events.
- Encourages guests on casino floor to sign up for players card program.
- Takes photos of jackpot winners.
- Issues cards and explains the loyalty program to all new club members.
- Promotes new club membership on the casino floor.
- Generates cash vouchers & prize redemption vouchers.
- Keeps work area in a neat and orderly appearance.
- Works as a team with other departments and communicates clearly to solve guest concerns.
- Professionally answers incoming calls with courtesy and assists with needs, or forwards to appropriate contact/department.
- Held accountable to a high degree for maintaining confidentiality of Guest information, as well as accurate and thorough company records.
- Must be able to work the required work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Works physically onsite to manage business and interact personally with Team Members, vendors and guests.
- Ensures all safety standards are met, and possible safety hazards are quickly resolved.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be computer literate, which includes operation of a windows computer, excel, word, and custom in house programs.
- Excellent Guest Service and interpersonal skills required. Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
- Ability to emcee promotional events in a professional and respectful manner.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Bilingual skills a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Ability to interact and communicate with both groups and individuals.
- Ability to read, analyze, and act upon information from database.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, and using whole numbers.
- Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. Using hands, grasp, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
- Regularly required to reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to kneel, and crouch.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud when on the casino floor and moderate in other areas.
- This casino has an enclosed gaming area where smoking is allowed. Team members may be exposed to a smoking environment in or around this designated smoking area.
