- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issue, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to successfully complete their tasks.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance future project delivery.
- Handle the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including the creation, evaluation, and selection of vendors or service providers.
