We’re hiring a mission-driven electrification project manager to turn our team into a well-oiled machine! You’ll work with clients and team members to guide the success of home electrification projects and then perform QC to make sure it’s done right. Our top applicant has a background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, with a passion for improving customers' homes and finishing projects on time and within budget.

Compensation:
$95,000 - $130,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met
- Implement systems to organize tools, vehicles, and equipment, and schedule maintenance for them if necessary
- Forecast monetary needs for the project and accurately manage the budget
- Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects
- Make initial visits to customers home to catalogue and secure job scopes and material lists using Company Cam, Microsoft teams, and our CRM.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management
- Construction or project management software experience is a significant plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus
- Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles
- Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
