Witco is currently seeking Job Coaches to provide on the job support and mentorship to people with disabilities at their places of employment.
WITCO INC, a mission-driven nonprofit organization serving the needs of people with disabilities, throughout southwest Idaho and eastern Oregon.
ABOUT THE JOB
Part Time - Evenings
Entry Level position, prior experience preferred but not required, will train.
Essential Job Functions
Job Support Professionals work with people with disabilities at their job site to provide skills training with job tasks and interpersonal skills necessary to acquire and maintain community employment.
- Assist with job skill development through positive reinforcement and encourage independence by prompting and redirecting.
- Advocate to promote inclusion, encourage attitudes and behaviors that enhance community inclusion.
- Promote Physical and Emotional Well-being
