  • Quality Assurance: Spot-check lawns after treatments, perform visual inspections, and document issues or corrective actions.
  • Soil Testing: Collect soil samples, interpret basic soil test results, and recommend corrective programs or amendments.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records, treatment histories, notes, and follow-ups in the company CRM.
  • Supervision: Coach, train, and supervise one direct report; conduct performance checks and provide on-the-job guidance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all treatments comply with label instructions, local regulations, and company safety protocols.
  • Reporting: Provide regular field reports, treatment logs, and client feedback to management.

Required qualifications

  • CRM experience (e.g., ServiceMinder, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Leadership qualities: self-starter, accountable, coachable, and able to motivate a small team.
  • Problem solving: able to diagnose turf issues and recommend practical solutions.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with route planning and time management.
