Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR Managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored job descriptions.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance recruitment strategies.
- Participate in employer branding activities to promote Hireio, Inc. as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, Human Resources industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and HR Managers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
