Job Description

This San Francisco based firm, with offices across the country, seeks a Counsel level attorney to join its top-ranked gaming practice. The incoming attorney will support a range of matters, including those concerning gaming, fantasy sports, sports wagering, and blockchain. Responsibilities include helping clients to navigate federal and state laws, providing guidance on licensing and regulatory approvals, and monitoring market trends. The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial flare, with the desire to engage in business development efforts and work directly with clients. The billable hours expectation is very reasonable (1600). Attorneys with related in-house and/or regulatory agency experience would be particularly strong candidates.

Comp DOE and bonus potential, $270k-$355k.
