- Manage finances for various commercial and residential rental properties.
- Utilize our Appfolio to monitor property income and expenses, handle rent, late fees, and utility bills.
- Process payables, including taxes, mortgage payments, and vendor invoices, using specialized software (Appfolio).

Compensation:
$45,000 - $52,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records for rental properties in Philadelphia, PA, US, using Appfolio property management software.
- Ensure timely recording of daily financial transactions.
- Guarantee compliance with laws and regulations concerning security deposit collection and disbursement.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable promptly.
- Post payments and management fees monthly.
- Proactively handle tenant delinquencies.
- Provide clarification for charges and credits to tenants and landlords.
- Review all accounts for accuracy.
- Manage water and utility bill payments as needed.
- Accurately record annual real estate tax payments promptly.
- Maintain Tenant Records - Maintain accurate financial records for rental properties in Philadelphia, PA, utilizing property management software.
- Ensure daily financial transactions are recorded promptly.
- Guarantee compliance with laws and regulations regarding the collection and disbursement of security deposits.

Qualifications:
- Experience with AppFolio or a similar system, along with proficiency in essential accounting software, is required for this role.

- Previous work experience in bookkeeping, property management, management accounting, or a related field is necessary. Key skills include excellent time management, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.
