Compensation & Rewards
- Up to $40/hour base pay
- Annual earning potential: $80,000 to $130,000+
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems—safely and efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance and thorough home plumbing inspections
- Offer professional recommendations and explain repair vs. replace options
- Educate homeowners so they can make confident decisions
- Deliver clean workmanship and a polished, professional experience

- Full-time, year-round workload with strong customer demand

What You Bring
- Hands-on experience as a Residential Service Plumber
- Relevant licenses/certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and clear communication
