Desired Qualifications:

• Current or eligibility for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong academic and internship experience
• Valid SLP license or ability to secure licensure for the state
• Prior exposure to school-based settings or interest in learning
• Effective communicator with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services and document progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to promote speech and language development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team
• Adapt therapy materials and techniques to meet students’ diverse needs
• Ensure professional standards and compliance are met in all documentation and service delivery
