The Warehouse Security Guard on the mid shift is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the warehouse premises during their scheduled hours. This role ensures the protection of assets, monitors surveillance systems, and addresses any security concerns promptly to prevent loss or damage.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit points to control access to the warehouse.
- Conduct regular patrols to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Operate and supervise surveillance systems for real-time monitoring.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall security effectiveness.
- Follow established emergency procedures to safeguard personnel and property.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in security operations.
- Valid Security Guard License.
- Proficiency with surveillance systems and technology.
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
