Minutemen Staffing – North Randall is currently hiring a Warehouse Associates for a full-time position with a local manufacturing and distribution company.
Shifts: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekday and Saturday overtime may be required as needed
Location: Valley View, OH
Job Responsibilities
- Locate materials needed to fulfill customer orders or complete fabrication jobs.
- Verify materials match the specifications listed on job instructions.
- Learn and follow fabrication processes and procedures with guidance from the department lead.
- Fabricate products according to job instructions, quality specifications, and required tolerances.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before sending items to the shipping department.
- Record fabrication details, including time spent, materials used, and rejected or defective parts.
- Clean the work area between jobs and return unused materials to the appropriate stock location.
- Follow all required safety and cleanliness procedures, including the use of protective eyewear, clothing, and foot coverings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and understand job instructions, safety rules, procedure manuals, and equipment operating instructions.
- Ability to work with U.S. standard and metric measurements.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to walk, bend, lift, and climb stairs frequently.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
- Professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers and vendors.
