Job DescriptionJob Title:&nbsp;Yoga Instructor. Location: Yoga sessions are held at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, 2d FSS Fitness Center​ Schedule:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>4 Yoga classes per week are required.</li>
<li>These classes are also scheduled within the general operation hours of Monday through Friday, 06:00 to 18:00.</li>
</ul>
Duties: As a Yoga instructor, you will guide participants through yoga practices focused on flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation.
<ul>
<li>Lead sessions that incorporate various yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.</li>
<li>Provide modifications and adjustments to ensure all participants, regardless of skill level, can follow along safely.</li>
<li>Create a calm and welcoming environment conducive to physical and mental wellness.</li>
<li>Emphasize proper form and alignment to prevent injury.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must hold a current certification in Yoga instruction from a recognized organization.</li>
<li>CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is required.</li>
</ul>
Experience teaching yoga classes is strongly preferred
