Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, history, and personal goals to inform individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will reflect a diverse spectrum of individuals, ranging from teenagers coping with anxiety and depression to adults facing complex mental health conditions. Each client presents a unique set of experiences, requiring tailored strategies that respect their individuality and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

  • Current and valid Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) credential in the state of Vermont.
  • \n

  • Proven experience in clinical counseling settings, demonstrating competence in client assessment and therapeutic interventions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect empathetically and effectively with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
