- Office Action responses
- IDS, amendments, and formalities
- USPTO filings through allowance and issuance
Foreign Patent Prosecution

- National stage entries
- Direct coordination with foreign counsel
- Managing international deadlines
If you do not have both U.S. and foreign experience, this role is not a fit.
Required Background
- 4+ years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm
- Experience owning matters from filing through issuance and maintenance
- Comfortable billing time
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to support multiple attorneys in a team-oriented environment

What You Will Do
- Prepare and file U.S. and foreign patent applications

- Communicate with attorneys and clients regarding deadlines and status
- Assist with post-issuance matters and portfolio reporting
