As a key member of our service team, you will assist policyholders with account updates, billing questions, coverage changes, and general policy support. You will confidently communicate in both English and Spanish to ensure every client receives clear, accurate, and personalized assistance.

Responsibilities
- Answering inbound client calls in a professional and timely manner
- Handling billing questions and processing payments
- Conducting policy reviews to ensure accurate coverage

- Providing exceptional customer support and service
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Prior customer service experience preferred in a client-facing environment
