Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting an elementary caseload in a dynamic educational environment. This full-time, onsite contract position starts ASAP and runs through the end of the school year, offering the chance to make a profound difference in students’ communication skills and overall academic success.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Holds, or eligible for, Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
  • Previous experience working with elementary school students preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop IEPs and monitor student progress
  • Serve as a resource to the school by offering strategies to support classroom learning and inclusion
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with district policies and regulations
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary discussions, and provide professional input on speech and language matters
