Quality Assurance Lead – Dairy ManufacturingWe are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee food safety, HACCP, and regulatory compliance within our dairy manufacturing facility. This role leads plant audits, manages quality systems, and drives a strong food safety culture.Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and food safety regulations
- Conduct internal and third-party audits
- Monitor CCPs, sanitation records, and product testing
- Manage supplier quality documentation and product specifications
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions
- Maintain regulatory and food safety documentation
- Partner with Production and Sales to ensure product compliance
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in Food Science, Dairy Science, or related field
OR 5+ years of quality/production experience with emphasis in Quality Systems - Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and Preventive Controls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
