We are seeking a Senior RF & Electrical Engineer to become an integral part of our team! You will assist in the research, design and development of electrical components and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, simulate, and optimize RF and electrical systems for various applications.
- Develop and optimize impedance matching circuits for high-performance RF designs.
- Conduct RF testing and measurements, including S-parameters, radiation patterns, gain,
efficiency, and VSWR. - Generate comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, test reports,
and manufacturing instructions. - Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in RF and electrical technology.
- Troubleshoot and debug performance issues in prototypes and existing products.
- Contribute to the development of new RF technologies and intellectual property.
- Collaborate with firmware and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, or RF Engineering.
- Proven experience in RF and electrical design and testing (preferably > 5 years).
- Proficiency in schematic capture software (e.g., Altium).
- Hands-on experience with electrical RF test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, network
analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators). - Familiarity with electrical RF design tools and techniques, such as impedance
matching, filtering, MCU interface, Power supply, and amplifier design. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
