Windows Migration Specialist
Overview
As a Windows Migration Specialist, you will ensure smooth IT operations (Windows Migration) with excellent customer service. You should work independently or as part of a team, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly and providing clear, patient advice. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows systems, and Microsoft Office suite is essential.
What You’ll Do

Builds laptop/desktop with USB Stick or OTA

Provide hands-on technical support and advice onsite

Deliver exceptional support experiences to customers

Address customer queries with patience and empathy

Guide and train customers on technology and IT policies

Educate customers on new technologies to enhance adoption

Manage customer expectations for better IT support experiences

Experience with Windows migration projects

Skills That Will Help You Excel

Experience with investment banking/trade floor clients is advantageous

Knowledge of market data products (FactSet, Bloomberg, Eikon) is beneficial

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:

Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields

Prior experience supporting financial services clients (Banks, Investment Banking, Brokerage houses, etc.)

Prior experience Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops & laptops
-
Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Positive and professional demeanor

Has 3-5 years of experience
