Salary: $110,000-$125,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonus
Location: Denver Metro Area
Gilmore Construction is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team.

What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Typical projects range from $100,000 to $5 million under various negotiated and on-call contracts.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations
- Lead project teams including superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and consultants
- Estimate and bid on negotiated and on-call work
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work
- Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and pay applications
- Monitor project costs and forecasting
- Manage project documentation in Procore
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead project meetings and communicate project status
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Gilmore's quality standards
- Support project closeout, warranties, and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods
- Experience with estimating and bidding projects
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience
- OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain)
Preferred
- Experience with negotiated and on-call contracts
- Lean Construction experience
- LEED Accreditation
- Experience working in occupied facilities
- Aviation, healthcare, municipal, or federal project experience
