We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining critical master data domains, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards. As a vital contributor to our data governance initiatives, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data quality and support business decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Create, update, and maintain master data records across enterprise systems, including Salesforce and other platforms.
• Validate incoming data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency to uphold system integrity.
• Monitor data processes and resolve discrepancies between departments or systems.
• Collaborate with teams such as Finance, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and IT to align data requirements with business objectives.
• Assist in developing and enforcing data governance policies and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent practices.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify and address data issues.
• Participate in data cleansing, migration, and enrichment efforts to improve overall data quality.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into master data status.
• Support system updates and process enhancements related to master data management.
• Provide training to internal teams on best practices for data entry and adherence to data standards.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in master data management or a related field.
• Proficiency in managing customer master data and validating data inputs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data cleansing, validation, and enrichment.
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI for KPI reporting and dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of data governance practices and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address data needs.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent communication skills for training and guiding internal users on data standards.
