Well established and respected Pennsylvania based self performing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced ROADWAY SUPERINTENDENT to lead and manage heavy highway construction projects.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage crews and subcontractors.
- Assist in planning tasks safely.
- Assist with layout and inspection with knowledge of QC standards.
- Collaborate with the General Superintendent and Project Manager to develop the look ahead schedule.

\n
Qualifications:
\n
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity candidates must possess at least 10 years of experience in heavy highway construction with at least 5 years managing crews.

\n
Required Skills:
\n
- \n
- Experience to include: excavation, grading and utilities on large DOT projects.
- Experience with bridgework, MSE Walls, structural concrete and pile driving is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package:
\n
Six figure base salary, use of company provided truck, company paid health insurance benefits, PTO, 401K and more.
