Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, polished, and design-savvy General Manager to lead all front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate thrives on delivering elevated guest experiences, managing high-performing teams, and overseeing financials with a strategic eye. This is a hands-on role for a dynamic leader with a genuine love for hospitality, an obsession with detail, and a passion for building a memorable and meaningful brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and inspire a best-in-class hospitality team focused on personalized and elevated service
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, atmosphere, and service execution
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, service flow, and guest relations
- Collaborate with ownership and culinary leadership to align on brand vision and execution
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, labor controls, and cost of goods
- Implement and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency and accountability
- Drive a culture of team excellence, hospitality, and professional development
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Stay informed on industry trends and maintain a standard of excellence aligned with top-tier establishments
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a General Manager in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold team members accountable
- Proven success managing financials including labor, food costs, and budgeting
- Detail-oriented with a deep appreciation for ambiance, service design, and guest flow
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism
- Passion for mentorship, culture-building, and long-term operational success
- Proficient in POS and restaurant management software (Toast preferred)
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
