What You'll Do
As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality parts while maintaining production and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts according to specifications
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Monitor machine performance and production quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools and visual inspections
- Use tape measures, calipers, and other precision instruments to verify dimensions
- Accurately record production and quality data
- Report equipment issues and production concerns to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous CNC machining experience
- Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, routers, or similar equipment
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Experience in fabrication, machining, metalworking, or manufacturing environments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farley, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
