Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at the register.

Accurately handle cash, credit, and digital payments using the POS system.

Answer questions about menu items, specials, and restaurant offerings.

Package to-go orders and ensure accuracy after handing them to guests.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, counter, and entry area.

Balance the cash drawer and follow all cash-handling procedures.

Assist with stocking, light prep, or side duties as assigned.

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to support smooth service.
Qualifications

Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong basic math and cash-handling skills.

Friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
