Clearance Required: Top Secret
Location: FCC HQ, Washington, DC (Hybrid Onsite + Remote as directed)

Role Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for day-to-day program oversight, contract execution, and coordination of all Cybersecurity Support Services (CSS) tasks across the FCC. This individual ensures performance in accordance with FCC objectives, manages reporting and deliverables, and serves as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO), COR, and designated FCC leadership.

Duties per PWS Task Area 1 – Program Management & Control:

Oversee the execution of all required services under the contract
Ensure compliance with FCC policy, directives, schedules, and deliverables
Manage meetings, meeting deliverables, status reporting, and metrics
Support performance and investment metrics reporting
Lead transition planning and support coordination across teams
Ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency of deliverables

Qualifications:

Experience managing federal IT or cybersecurity programs of similar size/scope
Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-disciplinary cybersecurity teams
Familiarity with FCC organizational structure and reporting expectations
