General Maintenance Technician / Property Support - Full-Time

$18/hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
On-call availability may be required
A nonprofit organization in Bloomington is seeking a reliable and experienced General Maintenance Technician to assist with property upkeep, maintenance, and basic repair work across multiple sites.
This role involves a variety of hands-on responsibilities including general maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, gutter cleaning, installing smoke alarms, moving furniture, and driving between locations as needed.

Responsibilities
- General building and property maintenance
- Lawn care and landscaping
- Snow removal and seasonal upkeep
- Installing smoke alarms and completing minor repairs
- Cleaning gutters and assisting with exterior maintenance
- Moving furniture and supporting property needs
- Driving between locations and responding to maintenance needs
Requirements
- Prior maintenance, landscaping, or related experience required
- Ability to climb ladders and perform physical outdoor work
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive for work purposes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to multitask
- Must pass a background check
