What You’ll Do
As a Technician in Ida Grove, you’ll be the go-to expert for our local farming community. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshooting engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems on Case IH and other major brands.
- Precision Ag: Installing and calibrating GPS and Precision Farming technology.
- Field & Shop Work: Performing high-quality repairs and preventative maintenance both in our state-of-the-art service bays and out on the farm.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of Proven experience as an Ag, Diesel, or Heavy Equipment Technician.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to use diagnostic computers and specialized tools.
- The "Vetter" Mindset: A self-starter with a strong work ethic who values honesty and teamwork.
- Certification: An Associate’s degree in Diesel Technology or equivalent experience is preferred (ask us about our Tuition Assistance if you are currently enrolled!).
